10 days left in the United Kingdom, and after that I'll be back in Malaysia for good...havent been working out (and dieting) since end of June since mum n dad came over for holidays...after that, it was Eid and no way I would turn down ketupats, rendangs, satays, etc!
So here I am...back in my normal state before I started working out....Weight wise, not much difference (surprisingly) as I still weigh around 63.5 kg .... but need to bulk up yet again! Had two days of fitness trainings at Pure Gym in Leeds and in Manchester. Will not start P90X as of yet as I need to train hard for footy next month...so the main focus would definitely be on the fitness side of me.
And as always , will have to do those before and after pics so here goessssssss...
