DAY 8




After 8 days of stamina training, I guess there's quite a significant improvement fitness wise. :) But the next 5 days I'll be busy travelling and all , and hope this does not affect my preparation for my next game with PJK.

Run like the wind....



Week 1 of my new fitness regime...

Sunday : 4km run + Lower body weights
Monday: 30km stationary track cycle + Upper body weights
Tuesday: 6km stationary cycle + Abs
Wednesday: 2km walkabout around Leeds
Thursday: 5km running + 1.5km swimming + Lower body weights
Friday: 5km running + Upper body weights + Abs
Saturday: 4.5km stationary rowing + Lower body weights
Sunday: tomoro........REST n go shopping :D

And I just had to do it the hard way....

10 days left in the United Kingdom, and after that I'll be back in Malaysia for good...havent been working out (and dieting) since end of June since mum n dad came over for holidays...after that, it was Eid and no way I would turn down ketupats, rendangs, satays, etc!

So here I am...back in my normal state before I started working out....Weight wise, not much difference (surprisingly) as I still weigh around 63.5 kg .... but need to bulk up yet again! Had two days of fitness trainings at Pure Gym in Leeds and in Manchester. Will not start P90X as of yet as I need to train hard for footy next month...so the main focus would definitely be on the fitness side of me.

And as always , will have to do those before and after pics so here goessssssss...

so in order to overcome that disappointment bought some to give me motivation :p
